my visa interview is on 25th june 2009.I lost my toefl score card and ordered for another copy.It was posted by ets on may15,2009 but I did'nt received it yet.so can I attend the visa interview with the printout of my unoffical score available in the internet and submit the print out of the email I recieved as a proof of ordering the score card?

My visa got rejected because of insufficient funds and fake bank statement.... Vo checked my bank statement and calculated something and said "due to insufficient funds I'm refusing your visa".... She didn't return the bank statement to me... The amount was removed from account before the visa interview date... I'm really worried that will they contact bank people to know whether the amount is there or not... Will they take any action against me for presenting fake bank documents... In fact we have 2 crores worth property ,but the problem is that the property is under my grandfather's name... So I have taken the fake documents as the real documents were not ready for the visa date ... Could you please let me know what to do

I am having 6.5 years of experience in IT and presently I am working in a reputed MNC. My company is soon going to apply for L1A for me. The reason I am worried because, the first company where I worked almost 2.7 years sold there business and presently there are no existence of it. Except the appointment as well as release letter from this company I don’t have any other documents like bank statement or form16 (As it was a small company we used to get the payment in cash.). i was interview ,the consulate ask me two question,why i choose the university,and i convinced him with that,secondly he ask me what is my sponsor i told him my uncle,he ask what he does i said an accountant in a school and firm,he send with the code that state i did not show capability to complete study for my bachelor program with enough finance and i dont have enough tie,i plan to lie this time for my next appointment in addition to what i gave.what do u thinK?
