I am 33 years old and working in a technical software
industry. I am Workiing in India.
I am holding 10 yr B1/B2 Visa valid till 2014.
Can someone please share with me " how soon can one visit
again on B2 visitor visa"????
and Secondly I am assuming that they will give 3 months
initially...then can we extend it? Is yes on what grounds
and for how long?
Lets Say I plan to come in Nov... then till when can i stay
and when i can be back to go back on b2 again?

there is no restriction for your to travel on B2 mostly but
don't assume you will get 3months initially because its the
one who decides at the port of entry. Definitely there will
be questions waiting for you at port of entry and make your
answers prepared and your well answers will decide your
duration of stay and even there are chances to reject your
entry too.

Hi, I had submitted applications to sponsor visitor Visa for my parents. During the application process, I had selected Hyderabad as the consulate. I want to schedule an interview in kannada and since my parents are residents of Karnataka, I am being asked to take up an interview at Chennai. Since my application confirmation lists Hyderabad as the selected consulate, Will there be a problem if the interview is taken in Chennai. Please advice. Thank you

My friend in Nevada want me to visit him. He tried filing an affidavit of support at the Immigration and Naturalization Service there but the officer told him that I should be the one to process my visitor visa application with my own documents. Does it mean Affidavit of support or invitation letter is not a requirement for applying a Visitor Visa coming from the Philippines? and will the bank deposit of $1,100.00 enough for my 3 days stay in the USA because my friend will be responsible for all of my expenses including the airfare?
