Q1.Will there be any problem to my L1 visa as I am holding it now and travelling on B1 visa? Q2.Will there be any problem in future if I go on long term on L1 visa? Please clarify my doubts. Hii ,, mama, I got I-20 .. In I-20 they mentioned my expenses with tuition fee and everything as $24K and my total value of GA as $27K. so I am getting excess of $3000 for one year.. Now my question is how much I have to show at the time VISA interview? My father is farmer .My father doesn’t have any liquid assets but we have lands and immovable property around------ ----- I can show my maternal uncle and aunt liquid assets around 15 lakh…and immovable assets around 50 Lakhs,, they both are doctors..what are the documents I have to show ? Is it ok if I do like this?

I applied for my H1B this year .At the time of filing the application I mentioned London as the preferred location for the interview.However, I might be shifting back to India pretty soon and I may not be in UK at the time of stamping. Will that be a problem ? Will I be able to attend the interview in India. Is there any thing that I need to do do shift the interview to some other location. Please help me with this. hi, I going to the US for my masters in spring. Its my dad who is sponsoring me. But he just retired a few months back & hence is no longer paying any IT(income tax). So will it be a problem n getting a visa if i still show him as my sponsor ?? I have the funds in his account to cover the 2yrs plus a 15 Lakh education loan to support my studies. Thank you

I met a friend through the internet. He's from USA and older than me. We've been online together for 2 years now. We now decided to meet up. Despite disapproval from my family, we still want to be together. So we planning that i go to USA and be together with him, and cause i'm only 20yrs old, i myself still want to study. He said he's going to sponsor me in the USA. We'll meet in May soon. My family won't sponsor me of course. My questions are, 1. What if the interviewer ask who gonna sponsor me, what shud i say? And if i say my US boyfriend, bet my visa will get rejected cause they wud think i go to USA to be with my boyfriend and not to study. 2.To grant the visa, would they check for the approval of my family first? 3. I'm from Malaysia, and from what i know, the success rate of visa interview are higher, for those who apply from countries that have lower/lowest populations students in US schools? Is it true?

I am an Indian studying in Germany for the past 2 years (from 2007). In 2008, I applied for a B1 visa and got rejected. And the counsellor gave the reason that i am not staying long enough to travel USA. At that time, I have completed 16 months. Now, 2009, again I am applying. And my interview will be on 22nd april. In the last time and this time, I have proper documents for attending the conference. My question is : what they really want to know those who want to travel to USA for 4 days?

Hi, I went to US consulate in Mummbai, on 16 th march 2009 and i was asked to get income tax papers of my co, list of employees and my income tax return.Whn I carried those papers and went again, the officer asked to get unemployment wage repot, but my co is not ready to send me the report, could you please tell me if there is an alternate doc to it? I really need helpIs there any other way out to go back to USA?

I had 5 backlogs and i said i had 3 backlogs.lied to visa officer about the backlogs.luck was not on my side he asked my marks sheet and he came to know that there are 5 backlogs and he asked me...i explained him that according to our university we can takeoff 2 subjects which is true and vo is slightly convinced but not sure he continued interview ...should there be any problem if i apply second time.

Hi, I went to the USA in Feb 2008 on an H4 visa, there i applied and got an H1 visa. However for some reason i had to get back to my country- India in Nov 2008 - Now, i am going back to the USA next month as my husband has got a job opportunity there. I have a few queries : If i go on my H4 Visa, will my H1 visa still be valid? Should i go for a stamping againg for my H4 visa. My H4 will expire only in the later months, do i still need to get it stamped in my scenerio I do not have a job currently in the US. can i go on my dependant Visa as my husband is in the US. Hello All, Recently my brother had interview @mumbai consulate although he got H1petion in CHENNAI.unfortunately he had applied fake experience letter from mumbai company.I think they VFS had verified it. On the day of the interview the consulate got him fake and made him write that it was a fake experience letter and gave this statement"WE WILL PROCESS YOUR WITHDRAWAL REQUEST". luckily they left him with passpot as he is higly qualified,nothing is mentioned in passport. Now my question is: 1. can he apply in future for USA again. 2.I heard that he cannot apply in his LIFE TIME, how far it is TRUE"-- Appreciate your Kindly HELP Advice: If you apply make sure some or other answer your call.

Hi Everybody, I'm Vineel From Hyderabad.I've done my B.E. in ECE with 72.3% and 8 backlogs(cleared in final yr) GRE=990 and toefl=86 .I've been rejected US F-1 visa to the SOUTHERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY, EDWARDSVILLE for MS in EE 3 times in oct,nov,dec 2009 for jan(spring) 2010 admissions in hyderabad. So i'm in dilema to continue and try this time for the Aug(fall) 2010 admissions or not. Pls give ur valuable suggestions or share ur experiences about how should i proceed. thnx in advance :)
