my question is that what i need to say if visa officer asks me why do u opt for us for doing ur ms when u hav many other countries offering ms my visa date is on 15 jun plz reply me as soon as possible
2 5938I am having 6.5 years of experience in IT and presently I am working in a reputed MNC. My company is soon going to apply for L1A for me. The reason I am worried because, the first company where I worked almost 2.7 years sold there business and presently there are no existence of it. Except the appointment as well as release letter from this company I don’t have any other documents like bank statement or form16 (As it was a small company we used to get the payment in cash.). So, in this situation if my present employer asks these documents during verification process I will be in deep trouble. Please advice me what should I do in this situation. Thanks a lot in advance.

I mention another school in UK he was later asked what are the document you submitted to the school to got your admission letter ? I was nervous and mention Bank statement and Academic transcript alone and I was denied the chance. my question now is thus : Is there any records for my last answers ? I would have prefer changing the source i knew about the school if it wouldn't affect, Applied to other schools apart from US, whats the implication ?

Hi, My friends F-1 VISA is refused 3 times in year 2008 by US CONSULATE MUMBAI, INDIA (for SUNY Binghamton). Today was her 3rd time and after rejecting the VISA Officer said to her that she can not apply again for VISA. When can she reapply for VISA? Can she apply for same University? Is she allowed to apply only 3 times a year? If it is so then can she apply in January 2009 (college commences on Jan 15th 2009). Thanking you in advance, Anant
