plz help.I have 65% in BE CS,gre score-1080.I have failed in 10 different subjects but few papers i cleared after 2 atempts,so should i consider that i have 10 backlogs or should i have to consider the repeated attempts(which comes to around 17 in total).Moreover im yet to apply for fall 2010,will i get an admit with this profile and finally will it be possible to get visa?kindly help
3 7047I had my H1-B visa interview today (29th October 2009), my interview went well however i was sent back with my passport and 221g form saying my title did not show up in their system and as soon as it does i have to submit my passport to get my visa stamped. Has anyone come a/c with this kind of issue??

After we completed our studies we had a grand religious marriage. I applied for my husband with my court marriage date not the religious marriage date. My question is that during interview do I have to mention that our religious marriage happened later (1yr after court marriage). Will that create any problems?

In my transcript, i have got only 58.6% in my high school taking the science faculty. My family has the expenses to pay for my tuition fees. I went for an interview for H-1b visa stamping the visa officer was not satisfied with the doc and asked me to get list of employees, their sal, position and income tax papers. After a week I went back with all those doc, agin she has asked me to get unemploymentwagereport.My company is not ready to give to the report? Is there any other way to get visa stamping done... as I might loose my job .....Is there any other alternate paper that could help me with that....????Plzzzz help me if anyone knows abt it.

I have done my B tech in civil engineering in 2005 and since then i m working in same profession as a designer as well as project manager.i wanted to go for higher studies in between but my finances did not allow me.SO now i Got admission from NDSU ,Fargo. Got my i-20 also. They did not require GRE but i gave and got less marks.I don't want to show Marks as its very less marks and can be negative effect....can I go without GRE marks..? Also for I-20, i showed 70% my finances and 30 percent my friend who is working in USA has shown as a sponsor...but now i have arranged the money from bank as a education loan.so will they accept that..?if not what document i have to show of my sponsor.
