plz help.I have 65% in BE CS,gre score-1080.I have failed in 10 different subjects but few papers i cleared after 2 atempts,so should i consider that i have 10 backlogs or should i have to consider the repeated attempts(which comes to around 17 in total).Moreover im yet to apply for fall 2010,will i get an admit with this profile and finally will it be possible to get visa?kindly help
3 7204I had my H1-B visa interview today (29th October 2009), my interview went well however i was sent back with my passport and 221g form saying my title did not show up in their system and as soon as it does i have to submit my passport to get my visa stamped. Has anyone come a/c with this kind of issue??

After we completed our studies we had a grand religious marriage. I applied for my husband with my court marriage date not the religious marriage date. My question is that during interview do I have to mention that our religious marriage happened later (1yr after court marriage). Will that create any problems?

Hi, My company has initiated H1b for me...am not sure, on my appliaction. This is because: 1. An from non IT background[Mech engg] & have only 2.3 years of IT exp 2. I did my Engg after my diploma in mechanical. Guidelines says it should be [10+2+4]...But i have [10+3+3].. Please answer this...Am very confused...

Hi, I am a BCom Graduate from Bangalore University, passed outin the year 2000. I have had arrears in my subjects while studying right from 1st, 2nd & 3rd year and few subjects a single digit marks. Now I have around 11years of IT experience as IT Manager. Apparently, I have a chance to go to the USA on H1B Visa(yet to get the letter in hand). Now my question is will the US consulate reject my stamping just because I have failed mark sheets though I got it cleared later? Can someone answer?? Thanks
Hello Sir, My curent employer has applied a canadian long term visa for me. I dont have reliving letter for one of the company (first employer) which i have worked for. Hence, company was asking for a declaration certificate and I have produced it. I am sure I will get the Visa stamped for this time. I would like to know what will happen in future, if I apply for any kind of visa through different employer (any country or Canada) with another employer details. Is there any possiblity for the counsalte to find out this fake information?

Hi, I am working for Company X and Company Y, which I will join after Visa approved has already filed my H1 and I need to take an appointment. Now my Company X is planning for my Visa which could be L or H. What I am afraid of is that if I dont join the Company Y for which I may getthe Visa stamped or "Pending for administrative processing" inwhich they may keep my passport. Please suggest should I hold my visa interview for Company Y or ther willnot be any problem in both cases? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
