hello i am nandu... my acadamic % is 61.09 n GRE - 910 , toefel -63 i hav applied for visa in july n got rejected .. n then again i applied in august n got rejected again... n da reason was "not going 2 return bak 2 india" ... for the two times i hav booked da slot through EMERGENCY slots... so now there is no chance for me to buk da slot in emergency... so for the 3rd time can i book the slot through normal slot?? if yes,i hav tried booking the slot through normal but its showing an error message stating dat "interview appointments are not currently available.. please check bak in 24hours.f u hav an urgent need to travel,please consult emergency appointment on this site.." so can any plzz give me a suggestion that how can i book my slot for the 3rd time in normal slots...

hi, i am permananent resident of usa i want to sponser my wife when i get my citizenship which is late 2011(apon advice of lawyer friend) my wife is coming to usa for education(f-1) only thing left in her student visa is her interview all her documents are complete she is coming for 4 year education program. only thing I am worried about is can they deny her visa based on that me(her husband) is in usa.
