5 14806Hi, My friends F-1 VISA is refused 3 times in year 2008 by US CONSULATE MUMBAI, INDIA (for SUNY Binghamton). Today was her 3rd time and after rejecting the VISA Officer said to her that she can not apply again for VISA. When can she reapply for VISA? Can she apply for same University? 3764Hi i hvae just attended a H1 B interview at mumbai consulate during the interview visa officer asked me few basic questions and asked me that are you going to work at client side or inhouse project for this i told him that i am going to work for inhouse project immidiately visa officer said i have cheked your company's website and there is no avidence of inhouse projects and said your company is fake asked me to come again with supporting documents as per the list given by him after 15 days time i went their with all supporting documents that time same visa officer was there, he has not asked me a single question and after 5 min time he told me thst youe compny has copied project from the another company and your company and project both are fake so don't hold your breeth because you are not going to get the visa and gave me the 221g stating that they will contect me via email in this case. what do i need to understand? what will be the outcome ?

hi i have a valid H1B petition.(approved on oct 2010) It is approved for California location for a client A. Now i could not go for the client A since project is not available. I got project for client B in same california location but different city. I have filed fresh LCA now. after going to US my job involves frequent short travel to other states / cities for the support work. Can any one help me * Do i need to apply for fresh LCA if the client name changes & location ( changes within the state CA) * Can i travel to other states and cities for short term support work ( 2 weeks maximum ) * Possiblities of getting the visa in my case? The place where I live is not covered by DHL.So in order to get an expedite delivery of the SEVIS receipt I ordered the delivery to the address of one of my friends.Everywhere else however a different address(the one mentioned in my passport)is however mentioned.Can this fact affect my chances of getting a F1 VISA?
