hi friend i am stuck in the big problem.this problem is regading pix firewall. i have a cisco pix 515e firewall inmy company.now when i configure it and after rebooting it the ACT link never getup.when i apply clear config all comand the ACT link get up after oveservation i see that there is fauilover problem when i apply failover active ACT link agin get up is there any way to get my firewall in standby mode rember that there is only on firewall within my n/w i am lookig towards all of you jitendera kumar sinha

Hi, All I am configuring EIGRP in Packet tracer, after configuring all the things it is not working but in one condition it is working fine if i am putting all my router and network withing one network subnets e.g. 172.16.0.0 or 10.0.0.0 but whenever i am puting different network subnets e.g. in one network it is RA(config-if)#=ip address 10.0.0.1, and in fa0/0= 192.168.1.10 and in RB(config-if)#10.0.0.2 (s1/0) and in S1/1 11.0.0.1 and in fa 0/0 192.168.100.1 ,where as in third router RC(config-if)#=ip address 11.0.0.2 and in fa 0/0 172.16.1.10 and after configuring all this serial is showing up and protocol showing up but eigrp process not taking place after adding eigrp configuration, i tried with "no auto-summary" command but not working.. In IOS boot sequence if the flash is erased, and there is no access to TFTP server, and we can't load the partial IOS from ROM. Is there any possiblity that we can still boot the router/switch from external PC in which the IOS is installed?
