bpo is the fastest growing industry..
this is the only industry in which one can make money by
just communicating with customers ,resolving their
quiries ,spreading up new information etc..
as we know communication is the basic and psychological
human need...so it is a never ending process...and bpo
having a bright future..

Hi, this is Alaguraja working for a KPO sector. recently i got a offer from TCS E-Serve with good hike after all my formalities done the HR called me and said that I have to join within 10 days though she knows that I have to be in notice period (30 days) in my company where there is no compromise in that. I asked her that will you relieve your employee if there is any requirement from your side. But she simply said, "I don't know" you speak with your HR and confirm whether you can join or not....... Pls answer.
Why doesn’t u go for technical one....as u r doing technical course from NIIT.
you left the previouscompany as we arw offering a better carrier,by suppose tomarrow morning if recieve offer where you can expect great carrier and growth,wht would be your choice?
