call centre is a bridge between customer and company,where
in agents calls the customer,tells him about the
product,solve his queries,provides him service..basically
call centre deals in two types of calls i.e.inbound and
outbound..Inbound deals with customeer service &
outbound deals with hardcore sale..

I am a fresher and still in my probation period in wipro bps . And I have been put in PIP ( performance improvement plan) as I got many errors in my duration. Does that mean they will terminate me? Why do you want to leave your organization or company?
If You join the company then what is the first thing you want to do , which you were not able to do in ur previous company ? why did you want to join the call center? why do you left your previous job?
