DAY TO DAY MANY PRODUCTS ARE EMERGING IN THE MARKET.TO
MARKETISE THE PRODUTS AND TO TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF
THE CUSTOMERS,SOME POWER SHOULD BE THERE.FOR THIS BPO'S
TAKE'S THE INIATIVE...THERE IS A NEED OF LOT OF QUALITY
TELE SALES PERSONS(OUT BOUND) AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT
EXECUTIVES(IN BOUND)...AND THERE IS A CHANCE TO SHOW THE
TALENT TO THE WORLD...
IF WE COMPARE THE GROWTH OF BPO'S IN INDIA WITH OTHER
SECTORS , THERE IS A LOT GROWTH(ALMOST 40%HIKE IN LAST 3-
5YEARS)
