bpo has broad concept in respect of call centre. there are
two types of bpo mainey-
1-back office
2-front office
back office bpo's works r mainely related with-
payroll,administration,human resource type works and frot
office bpo's r mainely related with call centres n costmer
services. so the call centre is a type of front office bpo's
