Call center is of mainly two types namely Voice Based & Non-
Voice (Data Entry). Call center would be domestic or
international standard but thr main motta of BPO is to
satisified the requirments of Clients in any fields like
Medical, Insurance, Banking, Credit Cards, Tourism,
Entertinment etc it is been accquired by all fields now
days. The Main purpose of Call center is Satisifed the
Requirements of Customers to any field.
