The Qualities or features that a person should posses are,
1.good communication skill
2.Technical background.
3.Should be able to work in a team.
4.Should be able to show results b4 deadlines.
5.Should be able 2 get the right answers for their customers
( NOT TO CONFUSE THEIR CUSTOMERS/CLIENTS)

Hi Friends, Can anyone send me a Six Sigma question bank with answers on my email id : apexin2009@gmail.com. I am a quality manager in a Mulitnational Company.
