What would you do if you saw a passenger being abusive to a
member of cabin ?
Answer Posted / shraddha
First I wil try to listen very carefully what had happened.. why he is abusing... whether its my fellow crew´s mistake or a passenger‘s mistake... so after listening there view point of the problem... if its crew mistake thrn I would immediately try to convenc him that I would make it right as soon as possible. And I apologize too. For her behavior..and if its passenger mistake then there also first I would be polite say to him I extremely sorry for what had happened.. bt if he is being very rude to us then I would say bing litil strict. Sir we respect u and we r here to help u we really apologize too.. bt this is not a way talk to us like this anf treat us like this .. their r a rools and regulation wid also we can also take an action on u .. coz we r also human being . And walk away from the place and I guess he wil also create a sense of relief for his behavior among to the other passenger .
