I've had a worse experience with my client where she has been waited for so long withher package that is expected to be arrived anytime. She called us back several times but the representatives didn't take her call. She even tried to ask for a supervisor's call but she said the supervisor isn't available at that time. I wasn't embarrassed that time bit to put someone's call up is a disservice and embarrassing for the client and for the company. What I did was I checked all the resources and I found out that her order has been cancelled and not been processed yet by someone who's in charge. It was temporarily unavailable due to weather conditions and we are not able to process and deliver all the packages of our customers at that time. So I contact the courier service to pick up the package and I can assure that the order will be delivered within a week. And for the payment method we're not accepting cheques and credit card. The drivery man will get your cash upon delivery of the order. Thank you for reaching us out. We apologize for the inconvenience. Have a nice day
