Because I feel more comfortable working in a non voice process. As per my point of view, In voice process we can face a few difficulties in communication however in written there are no such difficulties. Also, the most important part is AHT (Average Handling Time). In non voice process, we can easily maintain our AHT because a few of the saved transcripts/chat templates which can be copy pasted. On voice process none of the template can be used, it is a real time discussion and it can prolong the discussion. If we are on call we can face such difficulties in handling AHT (Average Handling Time). Moreover, In non voice process (if chat) we can communicate with two or more customer at a time and can easily resolve their issues and same goes for email. I have best typing speed to work in a non voice process.
Note :- If you have any prior non voice experience include this line :- I have also worked in a non voice process and I am much familiar with this.
If you don't have any prior experience then include this line :- I want to increase my communication skills , and as I have already worked in a voice process, it is time for me to move into another challenge which can help me to grow my professional carrier in BPO industry.
If you fresher just simply say :- I want to kick start my carrier with a non voice process as my typing is good and I am much familiar with multiple tasks like I have a facebook account and I know how to chat with friends on multiple windows. I know that it is a personal chat and professional chats are much more vast. I know that I will be trained to take live chat in a professional way if I will get selected for this profile. That's all I want to say!
