How can we remove "Mother Tongue" influence while speaking

I observing as same subject, I would like to suggest you people to avoid mother tongue influence. First you tray to understand speaking in English, think in English and also you reply to others.I also suggest you people is read news papers, novels, short story and improve your vocabulary then only you possible to avoid your mother tongue.
