customer service is the services provided by anyone to its customers, it may be before purchase services and and post purchase services , like problem solving services , how to use the product , finding and solving any product issue, providing timely information about their issues and updated version etc. and everything in a appropriate time.
post purchase services are much important than pre purchase services.
