we should convert that kva to kw,
Power (KW) =KVA*pf
=15*0.8
P KW =12.
then,
P=1.732*V*I*COS*EFF
we need current,
I= P/1.732*V*COS*EFF
= 12/1.732*415*0.8*80%
= 17.7 A
