Ability to Encourage The Agent whenever he/she is wrong.
Giving the right coaching.
The QA should be impartial in all regards.
Should Keep The Personal issue Aside as This may effect a
Lot in their job.
Intermediate timely quality training should be provided by a
quality analyst for his/her agents.
