Day to Day Sales Monitoring and figure updating. Regular communication with Field Force-RSM,ZH,ASM and help them to provide many types of data in excel format.
Coordinate with Sales Team for data calculation of sales, ageing stock,T-3 on Ho level.
General Coordination with internal departments of the Company.
Reports to team members & Zone all related matters.
Announce AR targets weekly.
Analysis BR related matter,PBC parameters.
Evaluation report once prepared (daily/Weekly), PBC Sheet,
Co-Ordination with ZH & BM’s/ Team Member for reports.

Hi, this is Alaguraja working for a KPO sector. recently i got a offer from TCS E-Serve with good hike after all my formalities done the HR called me and said that I have to join within 10 days though she knows that I have to be in notice period (30 days) in my company where there is no compromise in that. I asked her that will you relieve your employee if there is any requirement from your side. But she simply said, "I don't know" you speak with your HR and confirm whether you can join or not....... I have,on an average spent 2.5 years in every company that I have worked for. Only this time I am planing to move out in 6 months. I am being asked the same question in every interview, as to why I am leaving so soon. I cant tell them that I do not like the current company that I am working for. What is the best answer that I can possibly give? I am being judged for stability wihch is not true in my case
