Fresh Grapes contain 90% water by wt. Dried grapes contain
20% water by %age. What will b wt of dried grapes when we
begin with 20 kg fresh grapes

Solve in a reverse manner-
2.5 kg of dry grape contains 20 % of water, ie. 2 kg of dry
material and 0.5 kg of water.2 kg of dry material being
constant, fresh grapes also contain 2 kg of the material,
ie 10% of fresh grapes. So 100% means 20 kg!
Conclusion- 20 kg of fresh grape will produce 2.5 kg of dry
grapes
