Total Agents multiply by Standard Rostered hours minuse total
login Hrs.+ Break Hrs.(Not Ready) = Shrinkage..
e.g. 10*8-74+10 = 16 Hrs.
Here 10 is head count 8 is std login hr requied per head 74
hrs login given by all count and 10 hrs break taken by all
agents = Shrinkage is 16 hrs
Client will pay u only for 64 Hrs!
