Baiscally to implement any change we have to change . we have to change our mentality.i know change is not easy .but if u want to change, things have to change.change does not happen automatically.it must be intiated.just step up and take the charge.dont wait for the things to be happen.
for ex: u will never know the depth of the sea if u r sitting on the shore.after taking the charge u have to plant the seeds in other's mind .because one man alone cannot make a difference.uif u want to change the face of the country we have to fight together.
and any system is good as long as it is implemented properly and systematic manner....and i think our people changed then nothing to change .
