Outsourcing: let a, b, c are difference company.
when a do some business with b for c then a is called BPO
company.
and call center is a example of BPO.
ex: aditya birla minacs do for idea(iditya birla group).
a : aditya birla minacs
b : idea customer
c: idea (aditya birla group)
