if a crow sit on on current wire it will not fell current
but a man touch it he get shock . why/

When a man touches a wire , their is path for current to flow to earth surface.
Earth surface is assumed to b of Zero potential , bcoz of its area.
Whereas , when a crow touches wire , their is no flowing path since flowing current doesn't get a lower potential i.e. ground or -ve potential.
