We can improve IcF by interacting with customer's their
different types of queries related questions with a valid
resolution. For examples if a customer ask abt product
related quaries, or complains & Agent Give his best efforts
to solve his or her quaries or complain then he improve His
Icf as well as Fcr day by day--But the main things is that
an Agent not get tempered to cust or irited to customer.At
1st An agent will try to understand what's he ask to Agent &
what was his actual requirment's from An agent.
