i went to attend interview for dell.that is for customer
care.n they asked y u want to join dell.i couldnt give the
ans.so what ans should i give them.

dell is a captive call center. its a brand name and its a second largest company which manufacturing the computer and laptop.and i heard about the dell there is a great atmosphere for work other then bpo,so thats why i want to join the dell and take new learning and earning experience
