I have done B.Sc.(H)Zoology).I went for an interview in a
call centre.Cleared seven rounds there.Only I was selected
out of 50 people for HR round.In HR round the HR manager
asked me "Why you want to join a call centre after doing
B.Sc.?" I couldn't answer and lost the interview.

education is for developping our skills but we can
implement it in any where in our carrier. the thing wat we
done is not important where ever we go we have to perform
well at that particular spot whether its a carrier or its a
part of life and also i love to converse with people
espcially with high knowleged people and some intersting
people always demand as a custumer in bpo..and also i have
the eligibilty to join in bpo because of my communication
as well as my graduation ...

I have,on an average spent 2.5 years in every company that I have worked for. Only this time I am planing to move out in 6 months. I am being asked the same question in every interview, as to why I am leaving so soon. I cant tell them that I do not like the current company that I am working for. What is the best answer that I can possibly give? I am being judged for stability wihch is not true in my case

I BTech fresher, passed out in year 2011, my percentage is under 60, I couldnt get placed for tht, given this situation I have no go but to get job anywhere, Im plannng to find a job in Call Center, in customer support role. How to convince the interviewer that I need this job? as most call centers do not offer jobs to B.Tech esp Customer Support jobs. Please help
