call centre is a remote customer care and service
organisation where calls are either placed or received from
the customer frm any part of the world and his queries are
answered and his issues are solved once he finishes with
one customer he will move on to other customer waiting on
the line.on an average each call last for 3to 4 mins with
about one min of after call rapup during which period the
un finished work of the call is completed calls could be
inbound or outbound.

I have completed my graduation in B.A.(Eco) I have 3 - 4 years experiance in staff (Back office). 2 years in office assistant and 1 year in computer operator. from last 7 months I am doing work as Account assistant.
