I think above question it-self is wrong.
#ndd /dev/hme0 link_speed
Out put of the above command is either 0 or 1.
if,0 -NIC is running at 10mbps
if,1 -NIC is running at 100mbps

Similarly
#dladm show-dev
The above command will show logical name of NIC,Speed of
NIC,Link status of NIC and whether it{NIC} is full or half
duplex.
