In fact India is a story of slwo and steady wins the race.
we have 285 odd languages spoken in India apart from
different dialects. Our culture is too deep rooted that
the religion and caste has mede big impacts in the
society. Modernisation may set in as it is happening now
but things may not be ex[ected to change otherwise.
example, earlier people moved in cycles and bullock carts.
Now they move in motor cycles and cars. modernisation has
set in but the speed in which the government bodies could
get thing executed faster for the citizens has not
changed. The mentality ahs not changed. the people of
India are used to it. They hardly want to fight the system
unlike the western world or even the middle east.
Surprisingly, middle east has been brought to the present
status by the Indians. see what they could do in a foreign
land they cannot do in their own country. reason the
Indians itself dont care!!!!
so best thought is leave India as it is and hope after many
many years it will turn out to be a wonderful land of
greatness to its own citizens. Dilip
