raid is knothing but a redundent array of inexpensive
disks this can be used in solaris for redundency of data
and availability mostly used raid configuration are
raid0,raid1 and raid5 where as volume manager used for same
thing above mentioned but we can increase the slice size in
online and also decrese the slice also.
