Becoz you need good people to work with, who is good looking, confident, with lots of positive attitude, willing to do their work with lots of passion and interest, completing given targets on time and date and lots more, and these qualities i have, thats why i think you should appoint me. thankyou.

I have BCA degree but it correspondence study, during my study time I am in a company so I have 3 years experience and also mention in my resume that I have done my degree crom correspondence, they send me a mail to attend the interview. Does they accept my candidature as I am from correspondence study? Plz reply soon.

I am a fresher and still in my probation period in wipro bps . And I have been put in PIP ( performance improvement plan) as I got many errors in my duration. Does that mean they will terminate me?
