I am Poonam Rawat,
besically from dehradun.
I Was born in secondrabad.
I m 18 years old.
I have done my schooling from K.V IMA which is affiliated to
C.B.S.E Board in 2009.
I. am persuing graduation (B.com)from DAV PG college.

About my family background
My father name is Mr. T.S.Rawat.
He is an army man.
My mother Sumitra Devi,she is a house wife.
Ihave 1 elder brother.

My Strength are:
Iam result oridented.
I am dedicated,optimist.
I can easily mix with people and can communicate easily with
others.
About my Hobbies:
I like to play chess, I like listen to music.
I also love travelling and visiting different kinds of people.

My long term goal is to work for corporate company and I
want to do MBA from IIM.

Iam straight forward,I'll be honest and punctual to do any task.
I have no work experience, eagerly waiting for a chance to
prove my worth.
I will do my best to get a good name.
I have enough confidence and willpower to do any kind of
task that are assigned me.
I would like to obtain a job with long term prospects, where
by hardwork, dedication and the ability to acquire new
skills will advantage any company, I work for that. That's
about it from my side.

I have,on an average spent 2.5 years in every company that I have worked for. Only this time I am planing to move out in 6 months. I am being asked the same question in every interview, as to why I am leaving so soon. I cant tell them that I do not like the current company that I am working for. What is the best answer that I can possibly give? I am being judged for stability wihch is not true in my case
