there are many days that have gone through my life and that
happens to every individual,some days we forget and some we
dont,even i had a similar experience when i was working for
a bpo and was working as a csr,well when i joined the
company process was doing well but after sometime we had a
bad time.we were not able to meetup our expectation i mean
target,so i was one of the top performer in our organizer
and my manager had a lot on expectation with me bcs it was
dead situation of our process.we been told if we dont
meetup targets in coming threedays then the process will
get shutdown.so those days we met the given targets and i
saved my perocess even i earned 7000. bgs from my manager
and a silver pendant.so that was the most memorable day of
my life.
