call center is commenating between 2 people or 2 co// it
takes 2 solve problam 2 that co//.it is in 2 way inbound n
outbound.inbount is like enquary to in coming
calls.outbound means like to advertise or give new types of
methods etc.callcenters are mainly voice n nonvoive
callcenters.voice means it communicate directly it is
quicek problam solving method.voice based call center is
like mailing transfering data is takes time to get
responce and not like voice based.
