i have stammering problem,while giving interview in
kirloskar,i stammered a lot,is their any solution so that

hi
friend,three funda to stop stammering 100% gurantee
1. do pranayama(breathing exercise for 15 minutes at a
stratch , as slow as you can do) three times a day
2. do mirror talking 30 minute a day -very slowly
3. stop negative self talk about ur stammering , and start
positive self talk , with full of imagination , feeling,
try to talk with different situation (self)
4. say loudly i am the best speaker (with feeling)25 times
in the morning , 25 times in the sleeping time.
