Call Center is a plateform where calls made or received for
the purpose of sales or Customer Service. Call Center is
totaly voice process.
But BPO is Business Process Outsourcing whwre one service
provider outsorces its operation to a third party. Here BPO
is Mediator.

I have completed my graduation in B.A.(Eco) I have 3 - 4 years experiance in staff (Back office). 2 years in office assistant and 1 year in computer operator. from last 7 months I am doing work as Account assistant. I want to join call center so please tell me how to face the intervies of call centers and how should I have present my job profile to them ?

1> What is water mark & why it will be used? 2> how do you make / done duplex setting in printer or while printing ? 3> total in how many ways from n/w system, user can send the data ? 4> in n/w how user can access the data from another system ? 5> what is virtual memory, page file, hyper trending? 6> mail account configure & difference ? [express, outlook, IMAP, notes] 7> n/w command & layer ? Q asked at HP, Bangalore, for non voice tech support.
