Banker Cheque means pay order or demand draft issued by
bank itself with debiting the account of payer on same
time ,so it is safe for payee
where cheque is negotiable instrument which issued
by payer himself as a/c payee or crossed , it may be
returned from bank depends upon payee's fund position.

I have entered into a contract with a builder which enables him to construct 10 flats on the plot and builder and myself will share 50:50 of the constructed area. i.e. builder will get 5 and i will get 5 flats.
