IN L1 Support When a Client Faced A problem and problem is
not resolved then how do you passfy the Cleint
Answer Posted / azalea
You need to listen first and let the customer release
his/her anger. Then if you get the chance to speak
apologize to the cust if necessary or just tell the cust
you feel sorry for her/him. Assure the cust youre here to
help and will do your best. Then try to solve the problem
