A- soft skills:
1-call opinning,closing,hold,transfer and mute.
2-Empathy and Sympathize.
3-Active listening.
4-Analitical thinking.
5-Know well about foreign cultures.
6-The ability to deal with irate Customers.
7-Excellent Pronounciation.
B-Communication skills.
C-Excellent knowledge about solving the technical problems
and troubllshoting.
