Hi
This is for Linux based System
At OS level give command disp+wok
in patch number < Kernel version >
and for Support package level
go to SAP GUI ----> TAB System ---> Status --->Click on
Component info under SAP System Data tab
it will show you component , Level ,Version and other info
too.
