In bpo , the communication skills is must. If you dont have and if you manage then they will provide training.
In BPO, they will verify your management skills , way of talking, communication skills , vocablary, Grammer mistakes and sooo on.
If you are capable personality you can earn from 7000 to 40000 Rs based on the target you reach.
They will be day and nite shifts based on they requirment(this is not your choice).
More target more money. If it is wipro , Tcs, Hcl .. U can jump to IT Field also based on the requirement and most probably they prefer they working employ.. All the best
