call centre and why not other's jobs. then wht i had to tel
to them?

I WANT 2 WORK IN CALL CENTRE COZ I AM GUD INT HIS FIELD AND
I KNOW WTH MY GOOD COMUNICATION SKILL I CAN DO MUCH BETTER
AND THE MOST IMP IS THAT I HAVE INTEREST IN THIS FIELD AND
I WILL GET THE OPPURTUNITY TO DO WORK WTH U.S. CUSTOMERS.
SO I WANT 2 COME IN THIS COMMUNICATION FIELD AND AS WELL AS
A I AM A GUD LISTENER.SO I FEEL THIS A BEST CHOICE FOR ME
AND ALSO FOR MY CARRIER.

I am a fresher and still in my probation period in wipro bps . And I have been put in PIP ( performance improvement plan) as I got many errors in my duration. Does that mean they will terminate me? I BTech fresher, passed out in year 2011, my percentage is under 60, I couldnt get placed for tht, given this situation I have no go but to get job anywhere, Im plannng to find a job in Call Center, in customer support role.
