Capital expenditure is the expenditure which is long term
and irreversible in nature and the benefit from that
expenditure is coming to the company for a longer period
which is more than one year.
Capital Expenditure involves a huge amount of funds so the
decision regarding capital expenditure should be taken after
proper analysis because of its irreversible nature.
