Banker Cheque means pay order or demand draft issued by
bank itself with debiting the account of payer on same
time ,so it is safe for payee as no question to
bounce ,where cheque is negotiable instrument which issued
by payer himself as a/c payee or crossed , it may be
returned from bank depends upon payee's fund position.
