where. There are two kinds. One is Inbound and another is
Outbound. Inbound means where we are solving our customer
queries and satisfying their wants. Outbound is where we
are marketing or selling our company product to customers.

HI! I am fresher to call centre and would like to work in this field. Can anyone explain me how to get started as a fresher with no knowledge of interview,group discussion, jam sesion etc.
