You can see the SAP error message details through SAP transaction code: SE91



In SAP FI Module, you can control the SAP error message number through SAP transaction code: OBA5



Normally SAP message numbers are issued like AA165

First two digits (alpha) is called application area next digits are called message number



Sometimes, you may not be able to see the SAP messages in SAP transaction code: OBA5, in such case you need to go to OBMSG transaction code and include the message number to your application area, then you need to come to back to OBA5 to make it information / warning / switch off / error (as the case may be).

Hold doc.
Held Document is a Temporary & Shorter Period, Used for External People Only, we can delete,change system will not assing document number for hold document.

hi,
we can add entries to capitalised asset.there are two types, we can add to asset.
1.when ever you are using same capitalising date to adding asset then we can add directly through main asset.
2.if capitalisation date is different than main asset but asset is relating to existing asset,(i mean parts purchased to main asset )then we will capitalilise through sub asset cocept the tcode AS11.

Hi,
while implementing or configuring fico module if we want integration between fi and MM then we need to do account determination through t.code OBYC and we have to assign GL codes(Inventory GL and GRIR clearing account) to transaction keys like for example:for inventory GL we have to assign to transaction key called BSX and for GRIR clearing account transcation key WRX.while assinging GL code we have to select these transction keys then have to assingn.while posting MIRO or invoice verification in In FI automatically it will link to MM also and vise versa.
